These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the destination-longbeach.com website and your rental of the vacation property at Destination Long Beach, operated by Destination Long Beach LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Washington State lodging tax (currently 8.5%) will be added to all reservations.
- Rates are subject to change; your confirmed rate is locked at booking.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available as paid add-ons, subject to availability.
- Self check-in via keypad. Access instructions are provided 48 hours before arrival.
House Rules
Guests agree to the following during their stay:
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
- Pets: Dogs welcome (2 maximum). No cats. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any pet-related damage.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No events or parties without prior written approval
- Shoes must be removed indoors
- All trash must be placed in designated bins before departure.
Property & Liability
- Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to the guest.
- Destination Long Beach LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
- The property is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure all amenities are functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service of utilities or Wi-Fi.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with guests on rescheduling or credit toward a future stay.
Intellectual Property
All content on destination-longbeach.com — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Destination Long Beach LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pacific County, Washington.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
